Beyoncé, Coldplay and Bruno Mars perform in Super Bowl half-time show
Here at UKMums.tv, we don’t know a lot about American football, but we can definitely appreciate the brilliant performances at last night’s Super Bowl half-time show. Beyoncé, Coldplay and Bruno Mars all took to centre stage to perform a medley of their greatest hits to entertain the crowds and those watching at home during half-time at Super Bowl 50.
The football field was transformed into what could have been Glastonbury festival as Coldplay opened the show accompanied by a marching band and colourful umbrellas. Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson then took to the stage to perform a rendition of one of our favourite songs from last year “Uptown Funk”. Queen B completed the line-up, performing her new single “Formation” for the first time.
As if the crowds and us at home hadn’t been entertained enough, the show was rounded off with a dance battle between Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, followed by Coldplay reclaiming the stage to sing “Fix You”. If you missed it last night, you can watch the performances here!
Was the half-time show the best bit of the Super Bowl? We think so.
