Dr. Amanda Gummer has dedicated her life to working with children and families in a variety of settings since 1993. As well as running a family support charity in London and teaching children with special educational needs in Hong Kong, she has also worked as an Associate Lecturer in Child Development for the Open University.
Amanda established FUNdamentals (www.fundamentalsonline.co.uk) in 2004 to provide research and consultancy on child development with a particular focus on play and parenting.
At UKMums.tv Amanda will be talking about various topics related to child development and will also be on hand to give you advice about the little ones in your life.

Free school breakfasts are being called for by doctors and teachers. They are asking the government to provide meals for the poorest children to help families.
