Pampers reveals it’s new Preemie nappies
Caring for a newborn can be such an anxious time for parents, especially when a baby is born prematurely. So when we heard about Pampers’ new Preemie Protection nappies , we wanted to share the great news about how these new nappies are making the lives of the most vulnerable babies all the more comfortable.
At three sizes smaller than a standard newborn nappy, the Preemie Protection nappies in size P3 are suitable for the tiniest of babies weighing as little as 1.8lb. They feature a narrower core to prevent your baby’s hips being pushed uncomfortably apart, they are super absorbent to pull any moisture away from the baby’s skin, and they are blanket soft for maximum comfort.
In effect, the Preemie nappies will minimise disruption and help with sleep and medical care, meaning parents and carers can rest assured they are doing the best for babies.
As part of the launch, Pampers has also partnered with the baby charity Bliss to donate three million of the nappies to those who need it most in UK hospitals’ neonatal units – what a brilliant idea! Caroline Lee-Davey, the CEO of Bliss, commented that the new nappies “will make a real difference to the lives of babies and those that care for them.”
We’re sure a lot of parents will agree that Preemie nappies will make a huge difference when it comes to caring for premature newborns.
