Jennifer Lawrence also known as J-Law credits her fab figure to none other than fitness trainer and nutrition guru Dalton Wong. He is the founder of private West London gym Twenty Two Training and celeb trainer to most of Hollywood.

Dalton has trained stars such as Kit Harrington, Amanda Seyfried, Alice Eve, Diana Argon and Zoë Kravitz. Even when these A-list celebs are on set, he makes sure to hit a certain amount of reps by the end of the day to keep them in shape!

Dalton spoke to Healthista about his celeb trainer secrets, but they’re not all that they’re cracked up to be. Apparently he says it is simply hard work and dedication, no short cuts - that’s not we had in mind!

Dalton runs through the same four steps with every celeb he trains:

1. Nutrition
2. Exercise
3. Lifestyle tips
4. Stress coping

Regarding food Dalton encourages a diet rich with everything! Protein, carbs and fats! He encourages eating a reduced carb diet Monday-Friday to give more flexibility about what you eat at the weekend. Dalton mantra is:

“Nothing is off limits, as long as you are mindful, enjoy it and there is no guilt. This is what I try and instill in my clients, to have a balanced approach. This is lifestyle, not a diet.”
