Victoria Beckham’s reveals her super healthy after school snacks
As parents we know what kids can be like after school, as soon as they’re in the car they claim that they’re starving and they look for the closest snack that they can munch on. In the UKMums office we usually try to encourage our kids to have an apple or some healthy popcorn. While it’s important to try and provide a healthy choice for your kids Victoria Beckham may be taking it a step too far!
The posh spice turned fashion designer is known for her strict workout routine and her extremely healthy diet and now it seems like she is encouraging her kids to follow in her footsteps. Victoria took to Instagram to show off what she was preparing for her younger kids after school. The mum was seen to be soaking mixed seeds in Liquid Aminos – we weren’t quite sure what that was either! After a bit of research, apparently it is a gluten free replacement to soy sauce.
What happened to just a slice of toast or an apple? Dousing seeds in a substance that can only be bought from a health store seems a step too far?
Earlier this year Victoria opened up about her tiresome fitness regime which includes a morning run followed by an hour work out with her personal trainer before fixing the kids breakfast for school- talk about superwoman! The designer has always been known for taking her health and fitness very seriously which is commendable because it is so important to set a good example for your kids.
