Food and Drink Launches Not to be Missed

Food and Drink Launches Not to be Missed

We have been taste testing new food and drink launches to bring you a rundown of those that are not to be missed!

1. Covent Garden Thai Style Broccoli and Ginger Soup
This year’s new release is a Thai Style Ginger and Broccoli Soup which is perfect for any spice fan! With a splash of zesty lime, creamed coconut, a kiss of ginger and broccoli, this is a warming and hearty soup.  Available from most supermarkets.

2. Funkin Agave Nectar Cocktail Syrup
Cocktail fans will love this healthier alternative to sugar syrup which makes great “skinny” cocktails. Available from Funkin’s online shop.

3. Ape Coconut Curls
New for 2016, the UK’s first crisp and popcorn alternative made from coconuts. Health-conscious snackers will never look back! Available from Ocado.

4. Yogiyo Korean Cuisine Sauces
The UK’s very first range of authentic Korean cooking sauces. We particularly like the Galbi Fruity Soy Marinade and thought it made the perfect Stir-Fry sauce. Available from Sainsbury’s.

5. A2 Milk Longlife Range
A2 milk is suitable for people who don’t get on with regular milk, as it has been shown to be much easier to digest, reducing bloating and stomach issues. We loved it and it tasted great. Available from Ocado.

6. Super Yummies Toddler Snacks
Part of the well-loved Cow & Gate family, this exciting new range includes unique freeze dried fruit pieces and vegetable slices, breadsticks, rice cakes and a variety of fruit and yoghurt pouches, all of which taste, look and feel like the real deal - perfect for toddlers! Available from Boots.

7. Clearspring Gluten Free Range
For those who can’t or choose not to eat gluten, the Clearspring Gluten Free range offers a wide variety of alternative solutions from couscous to pasta and from porridge to snacking solutions. We highly recommend you try this! Available from Sainsbury’s.

8. Belvoir “Light” Pressé Range
We love the new “Light” varieties from Belvoir Fruit Farms which hit the supermarkets this January. Our favourite flavour is the Raspberry Lemonade which has the zingy taste of real raspberries and lemons but is a little lighter on calories than the original recipe! Available from Tesco.

9. Yushoi Snapea Rice Sticks
These baked snacks, which boast less than 99 calories per serving, are high in fibre and a source of protein! Flavours include Soy and Balsamic Vinegar, Smoked Salt and Szechuan Pepper, Sweet Chilli and Lemon and Lightly Salted. Available from Tesco.

10. Hari Ghotra Curry Kits
If you love curry then why not try Hari Ghotra’s new range of curry kits. The recipes are simplified but authenticity is not lost and, at just £3.50 each, the kits are a great buy! Available from Hari Ghotra’s online shop.

11. Albert Barlett Rooster Homestyle Chips
If you want crispy, tasty chips then look no further!
