The best summer nightwear for women!

The best summer nightwear for women!

While we Brits do love to soak up the sun many of us find ourselves tossing and turning during the night due to the hot and humid air that comes with it. With the warmer evenings now here, there’s nothing more horrid than waking up in the middle of the night feeling all sticky and agitated, so think lightweight materials, floaty nightdresses and vest and short sets to help keep you cool.

1. Floral Print Nightdress, £10
Add a splash of colour into your drawers with this bright and bold nightdress that is giving us serious tropical beach vibes! The soft-touch of this lightweight jersey fabric makes this floral nightdress feel lovely on and breathable.

2. ‘Flight of the Orient’ pleated camisole and shorts set, £45
Ted Baker’s B collection exudes elegance and femininity with its pretty floral and oriental prints. In a soft and lightweight crepe fabric, this pale green scoop neck camisole and shorts set is ideal for the summer.

3. Lounge & Sleep - pink floral print short sleeve pyjama set, £26
This pyjama set from Lounge & Sleep features a plain pink v-neck top with a pair of floral print cropped bottoms which have an elasticated waist for comfort. The short-sleeved v-neck has a lace trim and a bow applique for a cute and feminine finish.

4. Flamingo Sleep Tee, £15
If you’re after novelty nightwear, then look no further! We love this cute oversized tee from Boux Avenue for the pretty and beaded flamingo design.

5. John Lewis Coral Print Satin Dressing Gown, £45
This beautifully soft and lightweight robe is perfect for adding layers in the morning and when the night draws in you can wear this alone, over your underwear or over your pyjamas to keep you cool. Finishing just above the knee this gown features a lovely coral print and has a satin feel. This dressing gown is floaty and drapes elegantly over the figure with long sleeves, a wrap over front and a tie belt.
